Your session will include a full body assessment including range of motion (ROM) testing. The massage will include a range of soft tissue therapy combined with traditional massage techniques to balance your musculature and leave you performing at your best.

Home care exercises/stretches will be provided tailored to your specific needs, so you can keep up the benefits of the treatment long after your session.
